Welcome to Inclusys Digital Academy! We are excited to have you join our global community of learners. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making your purchase.

At Inclusys Digital Academy, we are committed to offering a high-quality learning experience. All course fees directly fund the Inclusys Org Foundation's mission to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities through digital skilling and livelihood opportunities. As such, we have a strict no-refund policy.

  1. No Refunds: Once a course or bundle has been purchased, we do not provide refunds. All sales are final, and all charges from those sales are non-refundable. We invite our customers to try a demo or introductory course before buying the full course or bundle to ensure it meets your needs.

  2. Course Access: Upon purchase, you will have access to the course materials for one month. It is your responsibility to utilize the course materials within this period.

  3. Donations: Please remember that by purchasing a course, you're making a donation to the Inclusys Org Foundation, supporting our goal of fostering inclusive learning and providing digital skill opportunities to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

  4. Cancellation: If you wish to discontinue your course, please contact our customer support team. However, please be reminded that given the charitable nature of the course fees, we will be unable to issue a refund even in the event of a cancellation.

  5. Modifications: Inclusys Digital Academy reserves the right to revise the terms of this policy. Any changes made will apply to all enrollments after the date of the change.
